Rotary Blast Hole Drill
One of our most popular drills within the Indian market... for drilling small diameter blast holes in tough formation, nothing beats the RBH-6-100. It is a self-propelled crawler mounted machine which means rapid deployment from location to location. The RBH-6-100 is designed for speed. Its rotary drive system is capable of operating at upto 135 RPM.
   
RATED CAPACITY:
   
  5.1/2" [140mm] to 6.1/2" [165mm] dia. Holes using 4.1/2" [114mm] /5" [127mm] OD drill rods upto 30 Mtrs.
   
PULL DOWN:
   
  Through hydraulic cylinder and wire rope / chain system variable upto 16363 Kgs. [36000 lbs]
   
ROTARY DRIVE SYSTEM:
   
  Hydraulic top drive head. Multiple motor and sturdy gear box. Speed infinitely variable 0-135 RPM. Torque variable upto 44000in lbs [508 Kg.mt.]
   
AIR COMPRESSOR:
   
  21.2 mt3/min. at 7 Kg./cm2 [750 CFM 100 PSIG]/ Rotary screw type compressor.
   
POWER SYSTEM:
   
  Single diesel engine developing around - 300 HP at 1900 RPM for driving air compressor and hydraulic system through power-take-off arrangement. (Electric Version also available)
   
MOUNTING:
   
  Crawler track mounted with 10 bottom rollers and 2 carrier rollers. 24" wide triple grouser pads. Three point suspension hydraulic- track chain adjuster. Travel speed 1.5 kmph, grade ability 30% and ground bearing pressures less than 0.75 Kg/cm2
   
LEVELLING JACKS:
   
  3 Nos. hydraulic jacks with safety check valves individually controlled.
   
MAST:
   
  Electrically welded structural steel of suitable length for drill rod supplied with drill. Single pass 6 Mt.
   
DRILL ROD:
   
  5" [127mm] OD x 20 ft. [6.09 M] Long drill rod with 3 1/2" API Reg box and pin connections as standard.
   
ROD CHANGER:
   
  'Rose' pivoted rod changer to carry 3 Nos. of drill rods, hydraulically indexable carousel.
   
BREAKOUT WRENCH:
   
  Breakout wrench hydraulically operated.
   
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:
   
  Rotary vane pumps driven from power-take-off. Three individual circuits in conjunction with standard interchangeable low speed, high torque motors of Roller Vane type oil reservoir capacity 500 Liters.
   
DUST COLLECTOR:
   
  The drill is equipped with low maintenance, compact dry type dust collector (LMP DC-300 Series).
   
CONTROLS:
