Foremost Oilfield Products - Introduction & History
To many, Foremost is best known as a manufacturer of heavy-duty, off-road tracked and wheeled vehicles. Since its inception in 1965, Foremost has manufactured vehicles like theNodwell 110Chieftain C Delta 3Commander C and Husky 8 to move people, equipment and supplies through snow, sand, muskeg and swamps throughout the oil & gas industry.

Over the years, however, Foremost has diversified both through acquisition and new product development. This diversification has seen Foremost become an expert in the design and manufacture of drilling rigs for a broad range of applications.

Today, Foremost offers many quality drilling rigs and components to the oil & gas industry. In some cases, these are standard products made to stock. In others, the products are engineered to order. Since 1999, for example, Foremost has worked with a number of clients to develop coiled tubing rigs (CTR's) for production drilling, each one a different and unique design build in accordance with customer specifications. Foremost is now the leader in providing mobile CT drilling rigs.

Our strength is in the ability to custom engineer and manufacture to exceed customer expectations. Foremost designs and manufactures hybrid coiled tubing drilling units, shallow oil & gas drilling rigs, support vehicles, top drive systems, pipe handling systems and drilling consumables.
